Lead solar installers are responsible for leading the safe and efficient installation of rooftop and groundmount solar PV systems, supervising site installation teams, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and recognised industry standards.

Solar installers work closely with their team to deliver high-quality installations safely, efficiently, and to industry standards. The role provides the chance to develop technical expertise and gain confidence across all aspects of the installation process, from setup through to project completion.
